See Caitlin's Details for:
Caitlin is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist (PMH-C) with nearly a decade of experience supporting women. Caitlin specializes in working with women across the perinatal continuum, from preconception and pregnancy through postpartum recovery and beyond. Her clients are navigating a range of experiences: the emotional complexity of a new or evolving identity in motherhood, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, the relational strain that often accompanies major life transitions, pregnancy and infant loss, and the cumulative toll of fertility treatment. Many arrive having already managed these challenges largely on their own. Caitlin's practice offers a dedicated space to address them with clinical depth and genuine support.
Caitlin takes an evidence-based, solution-oriented approach to treatment. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and CBT for insomnia. She integrates these modalities thoughtfully based on each client's presentation and goals. Her aim is not simply to provide a space for reflection, but to equip clients with concrete skills and frameworks that translate into meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are collaborative and structured with progress in mind.
Caitlin ran her own solo practice before beginning Era Psychotherapy, a group that specializes in perinatal mental health. Caitlin offers virtual sessions to clients in MA, NY, CT, and RI. She sees clients on weekdays between 9am and 3pm.
