Therapy is not about fixing who you are, it's about creating enough safety and self-understanding to reconnect with who you've always been.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Many of my clients are highly self-aware and have spent years trying to think their way through their struggles, yet still find themselves feeling stuck in the same emotional patterns. My approach is person-centered, meaning I believe each individual has their own unique needs, goals, and path toward healing. Rather than applying the same framework to every client, I work collaboratively to create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, authentic, and aligned with who you are.
While insight and self-reflection are important, I also believe healing happens through the body, not just the mind. I integrate somatic and Polyvagal-informed interventions to help clients better understand their nervous system, develop a greater sense of safety within themselves, and build a more connected relationship with their bodies, minds, and emotions. Together, we explore how past experiences may have shaped current beliefs, coping patterns, and ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients often describe my style as warm, comfortable, and conversational. I prioritize comfort and connection in therapy and strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and free to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you uncover the version of yourself that exists beneath old stories, survival strategies, and external expectations. Therapy can be a powerful tool for developing self-trust, increasing emotional resilience, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your authentic self.
