Welcome! I’m Lauren. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I’m here to meet you with warmth & curiosity, helping you better understand yourself & build tools to manage emotions. I welcome clients from all backgrounds & strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself.
My work is collaborative, compassionate, & grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, the Daring Way model, & Internal Family Systems (IFS). As an IFS-informed therapist, I help clients gently care for the parts of themselves carrying pain or conflict, fostering healing & self-trust. As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, I incorporate Dr. Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability, courage, and shame to build self-compassion, resilience, & a more wholehearted life.
I have experience in outpatient & inpatient psychiatric settings, working with LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults & adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We’ll move at your pace, exploring patterns, strengthening coping skills, & deepening your connection to yourself.
