Message to clients

Searching for a therapist is a profound act of self-advocacy, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of hope and hesitation. Reaching out when you are already feeling depleted takes immense courage, and I am glad you are here.

As an LGBTQIA+ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I provide a space rooted in respect, sensitivity, and radical compassion. Whether you are navigating the heavy weight of burnout, the complexities of trauma, or the daily strain of anxiety and depression, I am here to help you find your footing.

My clinical style is direct and skill-driven. While sharing your story is important, I don’t believe in just "venting"—I believe in tangible growth. By blending Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior (DBT) tools with humanistic and narrative therapy lenses, we will build a practical roadmap for change. Transformation isn’t linear, and there will be setbacks, but if you are ready to invest in yourself, I am ready to support you through every stage. If you feel we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
