Message to clients

My treatment plan will be a collaborative process catered specifically to you as the client. I specialize in complex trauma and depression but have vast experience in all mental health struggles. Whether it's couples therapy, Christian counseling or one of the many forms I'm certified in as a therapist, I'm here to create a healing recipe to meet your needs.

Working together in a safe environment of acceptance and empathic dialogue, we will navigate struggles, develop healthy coping skills, and outline strategies that create hope and healing in the short term and generate meaningful, lasting change in the long term.

Through both a psychodynamic perspective and cognitive behavioral approach, my goal is to help you target your source of suffering, initiate breakthroughs and step into your true potential.
