Practice Information

At Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance, we believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in genuine human connection. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck, our clinicians work alongside you to develop practical skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. We recognize that reaching out for support can be difficult, and our goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Our group practice is made up of compassionate clinicians with diverse backgrounds, specialties, and therapeutic approaches, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the provider who best fits their goals and preferences. We serve adolescents and adults through secure telehealth and currently welcome clients using Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, as well as self-pay. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapies, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other proven approaches that support lasting growth.

As a veteran-owned practice, we value authenticity, accountability, and the therapeutic relationship above all else. We understand that no two people—or two therapy journeys—are the same. Whether you're seeking relief from immediate challenges or pursuing long-term personal growth, Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance is committed to helping you find the right clinician and providing care that is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping you build a life that aligns with your values.

FAQS

Our clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and needs.

Why should I choose your practice?

Choosing the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the therapy process. At Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance, we believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Unlike practices where clients are matched based only on availability, we thoughtfully connect individuals with clinicians whose experience, specialties, and approach align with their unique needs. As a veteran-owned practice, our clinicians bring diverse backgrounds and specialized training in evidence-based treatments while providing compassionate, practical, and personalized care. We are committed to helping each client feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

How does payment work at your practice?

Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. We also welcome self-pay clients who prefer to pay out of pocket or whose insurance is not currently accepted. Self-pay rates vary by clinician and service. Our team can help you understand your payment options, insurance benefits, and next steps before beginning therapy.
