Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. Our team offers a holistic and integrative approach to mental health that focuses on getting to the heart of healing by working with the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. Through personalized tools, education, and nervous system–informed practices, we help individuals develop deeper awareness, understanding, and connection. Our passion is supporting you through life’s ups and downs while helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, your relationships, and the world.

We don't just talk about problems, we get to the root and work on rewiring patterns, thoughts, beliefs and behaviors by helping you understand the function. Most of what we have learned comes from observation, absorption or protection. Most of what we see, is that we no longer need those things to work the same, and often they are not working efficiently- leading to symptoms of anxiety, panic, depression, reactivity, feelings of isolation or unworthiness and unhealthy relationships and communication patterns. If this interests you and you are ready to get to the root of your symptoms, please reach out and let's connect!
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Mind-body connection - Practicing mindfulness to draw together how the body feels physically and how the mind feels mentally; healing both physically and mentally
Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
