Here at Guided Growth Therapy Collective, LLC we offer individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In one-on-one sessions, we work collaboratively to identify unhelpful patterns, challenge negative thinking, and develop practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. CBT is structured, goal-oriented, and focused on helping you build tools you can use in your everyday life. How does payment work at your practice?

At Guided Growth Therapy Collective LLC, we are in-network with a variety of health insurance companies including BlueCross BlueShield, Optum, United Health Care, Tufts, & Harvard Pilgrim. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fee for service is $150.00. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your insurance benefits.
