Practice Information

At Ingram Counseling and Wellness, we provide compassionate, solution-focused therapy through both telehealth and in-person sessions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. I offer immediate availability when you’re ready to take that step.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Colorado and Texas. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and feeling “stuck,” offering a supportive space where you can begin to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll move at your pace, focusing on practical tools, emotional processing, and meaningful change that fits your life.

For those considering insurance, I can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement and am happy to guide you through that process. Many clients are able to receive reimbursement for services, and I’m here to help make that as simple as possible.

Telehealth offers a convenient, private way to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space—removing the stress of commuting or sitting in a waiting room. Whether virtual or in-person, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work toward your goals.

FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

I provide individualized therapy, psychoeducation, and support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which helps people process and heal from trauma, whether it’s a single event or more complex, long-term experiences. EMDR can also be helpful for anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and confidence.

Life can impact each of us in different ways, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, identify what’s holding you back, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded, secure, and fulfilled in your daily life.

My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

What are your practice's specialties?

I specialize in helping those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Life can get hard. Help yourself by opening up to support from therapy, and see your life blossom into everything you dreamed of.

Why should I choose your practice?

You should choose Ingram Counseling and Wellness for our authenticity, empathy, and the want to fight for you, with you.

How does payment work at your practice?
