Overstory provides adults with comprehensive behavioral health care when once a week therapy is not enough. Our clinician-led team combines evidence-based group and individual therapy, family counseling, medication management, and case management to deliver improved outcomes to help people heal, grow and thrive. Our virtual, evening program enables individuals convenient access to care from the comfort of their home. Our convenient modern locations along with our virtual programs accept most major insurance plans (and self pay). The Overstory model is rooted in the communities we serve and has been validated by leaders in the behavioral health field to deliver improved outcomes and help people heal, grow and thrive.
Overstory Health offers intensive outpatient, psychiatric day treatment (sometimes referred to as partial hospitalization), and virtual intensive outpatient services.
This program is a great fit for adults who:
1. Struggle with intense emotions, mood swings, or difficulty managing stress.
2. Experience self-destructive behaviors or difficulty maintaining relationships.
3. Need more support than individual therapy but don’t require inpatient care.
The Overstory clinical model has been reviewed by a multi-disciplinary team of clinician experts at McLean Hospital, the number one psychiatric program in the U.S. We use evidence-based treatment models to make sure you have access to the best intensive therapeutic programming.
We accept most major insurances, and self-pay, including Medicaid / MassHealth plans. We do not accept Medicare at this time.
