Ms. Richards and her team of providers is experienced with a strong background in trauma, clinical experiential learning, behavior modification which includes helping clients manage stress, neurodivergence, and anxiety. This also includes coping with unwanted addictions, domestic violence, family issues, learning disabilities, trauma and abuse, & many mood disorders such as depression, bipolar etc. In working with clients, the team shapes an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment in a solution focused treatment modality. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change in a better you. She is here to support & empower you in that journey alongside her team of providers.
