Professional statement

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the effects of domestic or sexual trauma? Are you navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, establishing boundaries within consensual non-monogamy/polyamory? Stacy is a queer and non-binary therapist providing sex-positive, gender-affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. Stacy has experience supporting clients with substance use, co-occurring disorders, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and complex trauma.

Stacy’s approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and values-based. They collaborate with clients and couples to identify strengths, clarify personal and shared values, enhance communication, and develop practical skills for emotional regulation, healthy intimacy, and sustainable relationships. They will gently challenge unhelpful patterns primarily using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), ACT, and trauma-informed practices.

Stacy offers morning, daytime, and evening availability and sees couples and individuals weekly or biweekly. LGBTQIA+ clients, couples, and those seeking affirming therapy are encouraged to schedule a free consultation today.
