Message to clients

I believe care should help you feel better, not just hear. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide medication management alongside brief, skills-based therapy tailored to your goals. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and more. From our first session, we’ll map a clear plan with measurable goals and decide together whether medication, therapy skills, or both make the most sense. Medication management is collaborative and conservative: evidence-based prescribing, education on benefits and risks, and close follow-up to ensure you feel better with the fewest side effects. Sessions are warm, judgment-free, and focused on practical strategies you can use right away. You’ll leave each visit with 1–3 concrete next steps, and we’ll adjust quickly based on what works for you. Care is delivered via secure telehealth for privacy and convenience. Whether this is your first time seeking help or you’re returning to care, you’ll receive attentive, personalized support to move forward with clarity and confidence.
