Message to clients

I want you to feel comfortable and informed from our very first session. Before we meet, know that my virtual office is a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan because we will figure it out together. I will ask questions to understand what you are experiencing, and we will talk through your goals and treatment options so you feel in control of your care. All sessions are confidential and held through a secure telehealth platform, so you can meet with me from home, work, or anywhere that feels safe for you.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful than when you started. Mental health care is not a one-size-fits-all, so I am committed to listening closely and tailoring our work to what actually helps you. Whatever you are dealing with, my goal is to help you build practical tools, understand your options, and see real progress over time. You deserve care that respects your story and empowers your next step, and I am honored to be a part of that process with you.
