I'm Catlin Barnes, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique experience. I believe healing happens when the whole person is seen—mind, body, and lifestyle.
I offer thoughtful medication management paired with an integrative, whole-person perspective. This means we’ll look at all aspects of your well-being, including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, relationships, and personal goals—to create a plan that feels aligned and sustainable.
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Men's issues - Expertise in working with adult men; providing a safe and understanding space to address life challenges and promote physical and mental health
Work stress - Managing overwhelming stress and expectations; increasing effective ways of restoring and maintaining emotional stability and health; addressing challenging relationships with coworkers and bosses
Medication Management - Guidance and support in safely using prescribed medications to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
