Professional statement

Danielle Manna, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings an integrative and neuroscience-informed approach to mental health care. She is committed to understanding the root causes of symptoms rather than simply treating them at the surface level. With a strong foundation in psychopharmacology and brain-based medicine, Danielle helps patients understand how neurotransmitters, hormones, physiology, lifestyle, and lived experiences all play a role in their emotional well-being.

Danielle’s background extends beyond traditional psychiatric training. She is a certified personal trainer, a Reiki practitioner, and holds a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. This multidisciplinary expertise allows her to approach each patient as a whole person—mind, body, and environment. Whether she is addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related conditions, or complex mood symptoms, Danielle creates individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle support, mindfulness-based practices, and targeted education.

Message to clients

My approach to mental health care includes blending my psychiatric expertise with integrative, whole-person care. With my past training in medication management, nutrition, fitness, and energy-based healing, I aim to help patients understand the mind-body connection while addressing the root causes of their symptoms. The care I provide to my clients is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in compassion.

Many mention my compassionate presence and thoughtful listening style, as I closely partner with my clients to explore what balance looks like for each individual. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals with insight, tools, and strategies so they can experience meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health. I truly believe healing happens through collaboration, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

I understand reaching out for support takes courage, and I will honor that. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. If you’re ready to explore what healing and balance can look like for you, I would be grateful to walk alongside you in that process.

Therapist's note

After scheduling, you'll receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Bespoke Treatment) containing your paperwork. Please allow 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete these forms at least 24 business hours before their appointment.

A dedicated Care Advocate will call you and answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. If a payment method is not provided, your appointment may be canceled. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee.

During your appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
