Message to clients

I’m passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges and find greater balance, peace, and fulfillment. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect—I believe that every person’s story matters, and healing begins when you feel truly seen and heard.

In our work together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that may include lifestyle adjustments, therapy, and medication management. I use a client-centered approach supported by mindfulness, self-management strategies, rest and relaxation techniques, and sleep hygiene education. My goal is to empower you to understand your mental health, make meaningful changes, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and sometimes lighthearted space—because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I value honesty, hard work, and genuine connection, and I meet each of my patients where they are, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Therapist's note

After scheduling, you'll receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your paperwork. Please allow 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete these forms at least 24 business hours before their appointment.

A dedicated Care Advocate will call you and answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. If a payment method is not provided, your appointment may be canceled. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee.

During your appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
