Professional statement

Eniana Tabor, PMHNP-BC, works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and major life transitions, with a focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health. Many of her clients appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed internally—managing constant worry, intrusive thoughts, irritability, or a sense of not feeling like themselves. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals during pregnancy and early parenthood, helping them feel more grounded, informed, and supported.

Her approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. Eniana combines psychiatric evaluation and medication management with a holistic understanding of each client’s experiences, values, and goals. She prioritizes education, ensuring clients understand their symptoms and treatment options so they can make confident, informed decisions—particularly around medication use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Her style is warm, steady, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where clients feel heard and respected.

Eniana is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience treating a range of mental health conditions in outpatient settings. She has worked extensively with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health concerns, and is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care.

She offers telehealth appointments for adults across Massachusetts through her practice, Serenity Wellness & Psychiatry. With a streamlined process and flexible scheduling, her practice is designed to fit into the realities of busy lives, making high-quality psychiatric care accessible and consistent.

Starting care can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to have questions or uncertainty at first. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning. I take a thoughtful and collaborative approach to care, which means we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while working together to better understand what you’re experiencing and how to support you effectively.

Message to clients

In our work together, I focus on helping you feel informed, supported, and confident in your treatment. If medication is part of your care, I will walk you through your options, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable with each decision—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or other major life transitions. I believe understanding your symptoms and treatment plan can help reduce uncertainty and make starting care feel less overwhelming.

My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, supported, and clear about your next steps. We will work together to find an approach that fits your life, goals, and comfort level while creating a space where you feel heard and understood.

Important Practice Information: Requests for stimulant medication must include a formal ADHD evaluation or prior records confirming diagnosis. If you do not have these, we can help direct you to practices that provide ADHD assessments. Benzodiazepines are generally prescribed only for short-term or acute symptom management due to risks of dependence and long-term side effects and are not typically used for long-term daily treatment in this practice.

As a solo outpatient telehealth practice, we may not be the best fit for individuals needing a higher level of psychiatric support or more intensive services. This includes active substance use disorders, psychotic disorders, severe eating disorders, recent suicide attempts or self-harm requiring intensive monitoring, or recent inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. If needed, we are happy to help connect you with appropriate resources or higher levels of care that may better support your needs.
