Greg Hard provides compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in the treatment of ADHD, including adult and late-diagnosed ADHD, as well as OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, binge eating disorder, alcohol use disorders, and disruptive behavioral conditions in youth including oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD).
Greg understands how frustrating it can be to feel unheard or to try multiple treatments without lasting relief. His practice is grounded in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, trust, and individualized care. He draws on a broad range of tools to help patients achieve meaningful improvement, including evidence-based medication management, targeted psychotherapy strategies, and emerging and holistic treatments when appropriate.
Greg completed his Master of Health Science degree at Johns Hopkins University and received advanced clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where he worked extensively with both adult and adolescent populations across a wide range of psychiatric conditions. His clinical style blends scientific rigor with empathy, creating a supportive space where patients feel both seen and empowered.
Greg believes that good psychiatric care goes beyond diagnosis and medication—it’s about understanding the full person, identifying root causes, and building a treatment plan that reflects each individual’s unique goals and values. Whether addressing complex mood disorders, treatment-resistant symptoms, or helping patients better understand and manage their neurodivergence, Greg is committed to helping each person find a clearer path forward.
