Message to clients

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am passionate about integrating mental health into each person’s individualized, holistic care. I begin with an assessment to understand the biological, psychological, and social factors impacting a client’s well-being. From there, I develop tailored treatment recommendations that are advanced, innovative options and evidence-based protocols for healing.

I take great pride in creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients feel supported in their journey toward healing. I’m also deeply committed to helping each person reduce symptoms, rebuild resilience, and discover new pathways to wellness. Many clients describe me as compassionate, approachable, and deeply committed to their healing. I look forward to partnering with each individual to reduce symptoms, restore balance, and build resilience.

Therapist's note

After scheduling, you'll receive an email from Stella Mental Health containing your paperwork. Please allow 30 minutes to complete. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete these forms at least 24 business hours before their appointment.

A dedicated Care Advocate will call you and answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. If a payment method is not provided, your appointment may be canceled. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee.

During your appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
