Message to clients

I’m so glad you’ve decided to take this important step toward improving your mental health. Before we begin our sessions together, I want to share a few things to help you feel prepared and comfortable:

Confidentiality: Everything we discuss is private and confidential, within the limits of the law. Your safety and trust are my top priorities.

First Session: Our initial meeting will focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and discussing your goals for treatment. There’s no pressure—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Collaboration: Sessions works best when we work as a team. I encourage you to be open about your thoughts, feelings, and feedback throughout our time together.

Logistics: Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes.

Comfort: It’s normal to feel nervous or uncertain before seeking mental health care. Please know that this is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel supported.

I look forward to working with you and helping you navigate your journey toward healing and growth. If you have any questions before our first session, don’t hesitate to reach out.
