Message to clients

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in family medicine and critical care nursing. My early career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit shaped my understanding of trauma, stress, and the long-term psychological impact of medical and life events on patients and families. This led me to pursue specialized training in psychiatric mental health, with a focus on supporting women, trauma-related conditions, and mood and anxiety disorders.

I aim to help my clients by creating a safe, supportive space where they feel truly heard and understood. I take the time to learn each person’s story, values, and goals, and work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that feels both effective and respectful. By integrating evidence-based medication management with a holistic understanding of emotional, physical, and social factors, I support clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My goal is to help individuals feel more stable, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. When I am not working with patients, I value taking care of my own well-being through Pilates and yoga. I also enjoy reading and crocheting to relax and express creativity, and treasure time spent with family and friends. Lately, much of my free time is happily dedicated to my new puppy, who brings joy, structure, and plenty of outdoor adventures into my daily life.
