Professional statement

I’m an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that healing happens when we’re finally allowed to be fully seen—without judgment, without shame, and without someone else’s agenda.

I became a nurse first because I wanted to care for others deeply. And after years of working in ICUs and urgent care centers, I saw what happens when the medical system forgets our humanity. I started my career in family medicine, but it was my work with psychiatric patients and my own lived experience breaking free from narcissistic abuse that brought me here.

Now, I help high-achieving professionals and LGBTQIA+ folks who’ve spent their lives performing for approval reconnect with who they are underneath it all. I blend thoughtful medication management, lab and genetic testing, natural supplements, DBT-informed therapy, and lifestyle work to support not just your brain chemistry—but your identity, your nervous system, and your soul.

This space was made for healing, growth, transformation, and reconnecting with who you truly are. If you’re ready to move forward, to do the work, and build a life that feels whole and authentic, you’re in the right place.

Message to clients

Therapy with me is a collaborative, empowering process—not a top-down hierarchical dynamic. You are not here to be “fixed.” You are here to be supported, challenged, and guided with care, insight, and respect.

In our work together, you can expect to feel listened to, seen, and understood. I hold space with presence and compassion, but I also invite accountability. Healing is an active process. It requires your participation—not perfection, but honest effort.

I ask that you:

Share openly about how your medications and therapy are working for you

Stay engaged and receptive, even when the work is hard

Complete assignments and practice the skills we build together

Offer direct, honest feedback so we can grow and adapt as a team

You are the expert on your lived experience. I bring clinical wisdom, intuition, and spiritual grounding—but we make progress together.

I believe the universe has given me the knowledge and tools to be of service. I let that energy flow through me—not to help you simply survive, but to help you thrive.
