Mary Wellington is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive nursing experience in psychiatric care, spanning child and adult inpatient services to geriatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arlington, Texas, and her Master’s in Nursing from Walden University’s Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner program in Minneapolis. Before joining MAVA Behavioral Health, Mary served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at a rehabilitation facility for five years. She is currently advancing her education in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Walden University.
