I’m a psychiatric provider focused on delivering thoughtful, personalized mental health care. I work with individuals who are looking for both clarity and structure in their treatment, whether that includes therapy, medication management, or a combination of both.
My approach is thorough and data-informed. I take the time to understand your full picture, including your symptoms, medical history, and individual needs, so we can make well-informed decisions together. I incorporate evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as a careful, individualized approach to medication management when appropriate.
