With over a decade of experience treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions, Dr. Pineda welcomes patients of all backgrounds and identities into her practice.

Dr Pineda specializes in reproductive psychiatry, with expertise in managing mental health conditions across the reproductive lifespan — including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and menopause-related changes.

Dr. Pineda takes a holistic and collaborative approach to care, integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle strategies to support each patient’s unique goals. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
