Message to clients

Are you or a loved one struggling, despite having tried medication, therapy, or other forms of support? Are there patterns in your life that don’t seem to be working, even though you’ve made a real effort to address them? I believe most people are doing the best they can with the tools they have and that with the right assessment and guidance, progress is often possible when it hasn’t felt that way before.

On your first visit, my priority is to understand your story and the context around what you’ve been experiencing. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, and use that information to make thoughtful, medically grounded recommendations. I take a structured and deliberate approach to evaluation so that treatment decisions are based on clarity rather than assumptions or quick fixes.

My hope is that you leave our work together with a clearer understanding of what’s been getting in the way, a plan that makes sense to you, and a sense that things can move forward again. Even when progress has felt slow or stalled, careful attention and the right approach can make a meaningful difference.

Client testimonials

"Very helpful"
- Zencare client November 2021
"Dr. Freeman is the first prescribing doc I've worked with where I felt like my opinion mattered; and where we figured out the treatment path together. I like how he didn't seem bound to out-dated notions of treatment; nor viewed me as non-compliant for asking questions. Working with Dr. Freeman feels more like a partnership, where I have a voice and agency."
- Zencare client March 2022
"Excellent at responding quickly to scheduling first appointment."
