Hi, I’m Kasia Staniaszek, a Doctoral Resident dedicated to supporting adults, teens, and children (12+) as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals managing anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and affirming space where you can feel understood and empowered to work toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is reflective, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy to explore patterns, build coping skills, and foster personal growth. I enjoy working collaboratively to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that support healing and resilience. I also bring experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse communities and approach therapy with inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.
I earned my undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and completed both my master’s and doctorate degrees at Yeshiva University, where I graduate in January 2025. I have experience providing therapy across diverse clinical settings, working with individuals from a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward clarity, growth, and well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s connect and explore how we can work together!
