Professional statement

Hi, I’m Michele. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions.
I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can begin to explore what’s been weighing on you—whether that’s persistent worry, low mood, overwhelm, or changes in your identity during pregnancy or early parenting. Together, we’ll work to better understand these experiences, build practical coping skills, and find ways to help you feel more grounded, supported, and in control.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals through the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum periods, including adjusting to new roles, managing stress, and navigating shifting relationships. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, so we can move at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful.

Message to clients

Seeking therapy is a courageous step and a powerful investment in your well-being. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I am in-network with many major insurance providers, and if you’re covered, we’ll bill your plan directly so you’re only responsible for your copay (often around $15), helping make care more accessible.
