Julia Rabinovich

Hi, I’m Julia Rabinovich! I am Licensed Therapist and I work with adults, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, family conflict, interpersonal struggles, trauma, and more. I also have specialized training in women’s health, including postpartum depression and traumatic birth experiences. My goal is to help you understand your experiences within the broader context of your relationships and life systems.

I use a bio-psycho-social model to help you reflect on all aspects of your life and to promote meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is integrative and person-centered, meaning I draw from a range of treatment modalities to meet your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I earned my Master of Science from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and I bring my clinical training and deep empathy to every session.
