Message to clients

Hi, I’m Adrianne. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with honesty and curiosity. I believe therapy works best when you feel supported, validated, and empowered to better understand yourself and your needs. My style is collaborative and compassionate, with a strong focus on emotional insight and self-acceptance.

My work is informed by interpersonal psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, feminist therapy, and dialectical behavior-based techniques. I help clients strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back while also building skills that support meaningful change.

I earned my MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University and bring experience from both educational and clinical settings. I believe people have an intuitive sense of what they need, and therapy can help bring that inner wisdom to the surface. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, I aim to support you in moving forward with confidence and self-compassion.
