Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to carrying a lot on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to show up exactly as you are. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while exploring the thoughts, experiences, and patterns that may be impacting your emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, racial trauma, or challenges within their relationships. Together, we work to better understand how past experiences may be shaping present patterns while developing practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe meaningful change happens when you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the journey.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can gain clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and begin creating a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
