Professional statement

My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I integrate evidence-based practices with art therapy, tailoring each session to reflect the client’s personal preferences, cultural context, and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside my clients to find the methods and tools that feel most supportive and effective for them.

I aim to be attuned to the individual needs of my clients and welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and life experiences. I believe having a flexible and responsive style is important to adapt treatment modalities to suit clients' evolving needs.

I offer telehealth-only sessions for residents of Rhode Island, Monday through Thursday. If you are seeking a safe and accessible space to explore your experiences, I would love to walk alongside you to work toward healing and personal growth in your therapeutic journey.

Message to clients

As a Puerto Rican and Portuguese clinician born and raised in Rhode Island, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape our mental health. I’m passionate about creating space for these conversations in therapy, and I strive to offer a safe, supportive environment where all parts of your identity are welcomed and valued.

I’m here to support you, walk alongside you, and collaborate with you as we navigate your therapeutic journey together. I see therapy as a team effort—one where your voice, preferences, and goals are at the center. My approach is flexible and responsive, and I’m committed to helping you discover the therapeutic methods and tools that resonate most with you.

Whether you're seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, my hope is to co-create a space that feels grounded, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.
