My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I integrate evidence-based practices with art therapy, tailoring each session to reflect the client’s personal preferences, cultural context, and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside my clients to find the methods and tools that feel most supportive and effective for them.
I aim to be attuned to the individual needs of my clients and welcome people from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and life experiences. I believe having a flexible and responsive style is important to adapt treatment modalities to suit clients' evolving needs.
I offer telehealth-only sessions for residents of Rhode Island, Monday through Thursday. If you are seeking a safe and accessible space to explore your experiences, I would love to walk alongside you to work toward healing and personal growth in your therapeutic journey.
