Message to clients

You may be feeling guilty, lonely, and sad much of the time. You may have difficulty getting out of bed. You may be anxious most of the time, experience panic attacks, or have trouble sleeping. You may know you had a painful childhood, but haven’t connected it to troubled relationships in adulthood, or difficulty achieving your goals.

I can help resolve all those symptoms, often quite quickly. We know from the extensive research into EMDR Therapy, that clients finish therapy in half the time of regular talk therapy. You will also make the connection between intellectually knowing what happened to you in childhood wasn’t your fault, to feeling it in your heart.

It is my privilege to help my clients heal quickly and completely. Let's get you started on your healing journey today!
