Message to clients

I see a range of mental health concerns in my practice including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, loss and grief, and relationship struggles. However, I am especially passionate about treating Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma, and Women's Mental Health, such as issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, adjustment to parenthood, perimenopause and menopause.

As an attachment-focused Certified EMDR therapist, I work hard to approach my work with empathy and a focus on how past and present relationships impact current struggles. I draw on my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to offer practical tools to help my clients manage their current symptoms as we take on the work of healing.
