Message to clients

It is good to have you here. Therapy is not about being “fixed,” it is about feeling supported, understood, and more empowered in your own life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, relationship stress, or a big life transition, you do not have to do it alone. I use a collaborative approach that blends insight with practical strategies. We will work together to make sense of what you are experiencing.
