I believe therapy works best when it’s built on a real, long-term relationship—not quick fixes, trendy jargon, or a clipboard full of clichés. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply relational. I’m here to get to know you over time: your patterns, your history, your blind spots, your strengths, and yes—your sense of humor too.
I work with people who are ready to go beyond symptom management and invest in meaningful, lasting change. That means showing up consistently, being curious (even when it’s uncomfortable), and trusting the process—even on days when progress looks like simply saying, “Well… that was a lot.”
Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I take my work seriously, but I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical. There’s room here for insight and laughter, depth and lightness. We can talk about the hard things while still being human in the room together.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to build a thoughtful, long-term therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as you grow into a more authentic and satisfying life.
