Professional statement

If you’re constantly overthinking, battling intrusive thoughts, stuck in mental loops, or feeling detached from yourself or the world around you, I want you to know you’re not alone. I work with kids, teens, and adults who are living with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and depression. Many of my clients are exhausted from trying to hold it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. People often come to me saying, "I just want to feel like myself again," or "I'm tired of living in fear of my own thoughts. If that resonates, I get it, and I can help.

I'm a warm, engaged therapist who doesn't just listen but actively works with you to understand what's happening and guide you toward lasting relief. Through innovative, evidence-based methods such as exposure-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP), I guide clients to confront their fears, reclaiming their lives from the hold of anxiety. Together, we'll face what feels scary at a pace that feels doable, and I'll help you build the tools to stop avoiding life and start living it again with clarity, calm, and confidence.

I offer telehealth sessions across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, as well as in-person sessions in Collingswood, NJ, conveniently located near Philadelphia. This flexibility allows me to connect with a diverse array of clients, ensuring each person receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs.
