Welcome, I am Anaya! Many people who reach out to me are navigating something that feels heavy — anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that lingers, relationship patterns that repeat, or the lasting imprint of trauma on the body and nervous system. From the outside your life might look “fine,” but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. As a Black woman therapist who is sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and affirming of polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, I create a space where you can show up fully.
Therapy is a space where we slow things down and begin getting to know you more deeply — your emotions, your body, your needs, your attachment patterns, and the younger parts of you that learned how to survive. A lot of my work centers on attachment, trauma, and inner child healing. Together, we explore how early experiences shaped you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself, more emotionally steady, and less alone in what you carry, I invite you to reach out.
