Professional statement

Hi, I’m Angel, a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across all stages of life, including children, young adults, adults, and seniors. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and truly your own.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard and respected, and I focus on building a genuine connection so that our work together feels collaborative and meaningful.
Whether you come in with clear goals or are still figuring things out, I’m here to support you in gaining clarity, building confidence, and moving forward in a way that feels right for you.

Message to clients

You don’t have to have a perfect plan to start therapy. A lot of people begin with just a feeling that something isn’t quite right or that they want things to feel different.
In our work together, we’ll take the pressure off having all the answers and focus instead on getting curious about what’s been coming up for you. Some sessions might be about talking things through, others about figuring out small next steps that feel manageable in your day-to-day life.
I want this to be a space where you can show up honestly, without feeling rushed or judged. We’ll go at your pace, build trust over time, and create a path forward that feels steady and real for you.
When you’re ready, we can start from exactly where you are.
