Professional statement

As a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 9 years, I have spent the past three years serving as an outpatient therapist at PA Counseling Co-op, specializing in supporting adults aged 18 and older as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals on their journey toward mental wellness and personal growth.

At PA Counseling Co-op, I work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress management. I believe in meeting each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences, and collaborating to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

My therapeutic toolkit includes modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with a variety of mindfulness-based interventions, allowing me to tailor my approach to best support each client’s needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore new perspectives and build resilience.

If you or someone you know is seeking a supportive and experienced therapist, I invite you to reach out and begin the journey toward healing and growth together.
