Anna Andrade is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with ARISE Psychotherapy Services. Anna provides individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older. Anna has an unmatched passion for helping folks live life to their fullest potential based on their own values, goals, and desires. Among others, Anna works with individuals looking to address issues such as past trauma, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, bipolar disorder, life transitions, mood disorders, and overall life stressors that are so pervasive today.
Anna’s approach to therapy is very much individualized to each person’s own unique needs. In doing so, she draws from therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy. However, she also compliments these more conventional therapy styles with alternative approaches and coping strategies that her clients have found to be immeasurably helpful. Anna believes in helping her clients to become aware of both the unhealthy and healthy automatic physical and psychological reactions, responses, and behaviors we all tend to have. Understanding why and how we behave, feel, and think the way we do is crucial to identifying and implementing the changes we are looking for. Utilizing her clinical skills and experience, Anna is committed to helping her clients with this process.
Anna has unwavering passion and commitment to helping others realize their full potential in life through the unique psychotherapy approach she brings into her work with clients. Her compassion, experience, love for her work, and ability to connect with her clients all make her highly effective in helping people reach this potential. Anna offers an equitable and inclusive therapy environment that is free from judgment for all who are looking to experience positive changes in their lives. She is offering online video telehealth sessions only at this time.
