Message to clients

I’m a licensed clinical therapist offering individual, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, trans celebrating, LGBTQIA+ inclusive therapy for adults. As part of a queer family myself, I create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported in exploring identity, relationships, and mental health.

I take an eclectic approach, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities and tailoring treatment to each client. My focus is on collaboration, flexibility, and creating a space where each person’s experiences, identity, and mental health are honored and valued. I’ve helped many adults overcome obstacles and navigate challenges, often fostering empowerment, growth, and a greater sense of life satisfaction.

If you are seeking help exploring identity, gender transition, family acceptance, minority stress, neurodiversity, and overall mental health I invite you to reach out so we can discuss how to work together towards your goals in a supportive and affirming way.
