Professional statement

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, family conflicts, and grief. My approach is rooted in various therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. I believe that healing begins with the opportunity to be heard and understood in an open and safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

Creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported is at the core of my practice. I'm passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental health treatment and am dedicated to helping you take the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life. It takes courage to seek help, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to achieve the positive changes you're striving for.

Message to clients

Hello, I'm Anna. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, I started my journey as a peer specialist and have since grown into a clinical mental health counselor. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with adults facing a range of mental health and substance use issues. I firmly believe that with determination, hard work, and the right guidance, everyone has the potential to improve their life.

Our first session is usually a get to know each other session and I am happy to answer all your questions at that time. I look forward to meeting with you.
