Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in an integrative, holistic, mind-body-spirit approach. For the past 16 years, she has been helping people to reconnect with their inner wisdom, peace, and creativity to overcome obstacles and achieve more balance, fulfillment, and success. Anne believes reconnecting with the deeper parts of oneself is often the key to reclaiming one's balance.
Anne is trained in a Transpersonal modality called Psychosynthesis. In this psycho-spiritual approach, individuals are empowered to get in touch with and balance the different parts of their being, such as physical senses, intuition, imagination, will, thought patterns, and emotional cycles. Working with these aspects allows for positive change to unfold naturally. Anne also integrates traditional modalities, such as CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic approaches, to help clients identify and reprogram self-limiting beliefs and paradigms into more adaptive and helpful ones.
Anne is naturally empathic and intuitive in her personality and style, and she has completed multiple trainings in intuitive development. She integrates these skills in the sessions and empowers her clients to utilize their own intuitive abilities for increased wellbeing.
Anne also offers Intuitive Coaching services. Intuitive Coaching is designed to help you use mind-body-spirit resources to help you get unstuck and start making real progress towards your dreams and goals. Intuitive Coaching emphasizes intuitive and spiritual tools and approaches to help you achieve your goals and achieve clarity. Grounded in Transpersonal and Jungian paradigms, this coaching is designed to empower you to achieve your personal, professional, creative, or spiritual goals. Anne allows a space for both her and her client to use their intuitive faculties and intuitive guidance as a part of the session process.
