Professional statement

I am a trauma-focused psychotherapist integrating EMDR, somatic modalities, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

My work goes beyond symptom management to address the underlying patterns that keep people stuck in cycles of fear, shame, and disconnection. I support clients in learning to integrate disowned parts, rebuild a sense of inner safety, and reconnect with vitality and authenticity.

Many of my clients are survivors of narcissistic, sexual, or relational trauma, as well as those navigating borderline personality dynamics or dissociative experiences. I also work with high-functioning individuals who, despite their competence and productivity, feel emotionally unfulfilled or disconnected, supporting them in cultivating greater self-trust, wholeness, and purpose.

I offer 60-minute online individual psychotherapy sessions for adults.

I accept out-of-network insurance plans, and can help you verify your out-of-network benefits and provide a superbill for reimbursement.
