Message to clients

I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, stress, burnout, and intrusive thoughts. I offer a supportive and caring environment where you will feel comfortable sharing the things that keep you up at night and make it hard for you to move forward in your life. I believe therapy functions like a mirror held up to your life, helping you see what you struggle to find on your own. Together, we'll work through everything that's keeping you from being your best self, so you can face the world confidently and with strength.

I bring a warm, grounded presence to my sessions and work to create a non-judgmental space that feels safe and comfortable for everyone. I may challenge you just a bit, but we'll always move at your pace. I believe that you know yourself best, and I'll let you guide us through your own healing. And if sometimes that means sitting quietly to think about something, by all means- between my family and my cat, I can always use a quiet moment.

Starting therapy can feel scary. It might be hard to accept that you need help, or you might not feel ready to talk to a stranger. Remember that just because you can do it alone, doesn't mean you need to. Give yourself the gift of assistance. We'll start by getting to know each other, so when it's time to open up, I won't feel so much like a stranger.
