Professional statement

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. My background includes working with veterans, first responders, and law enforcement professionals - experience that has strengthened my ability to support individuals facing high-pressure roles, unique stressors, and complex emotional demands

In my work with adults and couples, I focus on relational concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, and patterns that may feel difficult to navigate alone.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s needs meeting clients exactly where they are. Whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple, my goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can build resilience, and create meaningful change while feeling understood, supported, and develop practical tools for everyday life
