See Asia's Details for:
Asia works primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship stress, with a particular focus on women who are used to holding everything together while quietly struggling underneath. She also supports clients exploring identity shifts, life transitions, and the emotional weight of always being the one others lean on.
Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Asia draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand the patterns driving their stress, communicate their needs more clearly, and build practical coping tools they can use between sessions. She brings a trauma-informed lens to all of her work.
Asia holds a B.S. in Public Health from Cal State Northridge and is completing her MSW at the University of Southern California. She has clinical experience supporting perinatal clients, adults experiencing homelessness, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. She is a Perinatal Mental Health certified provider through Postpartum Support International and is supervised by Breea Wainwright, LMFT, PMH-C.
Asia is LGBTQIA+ affirming and provides culturally grounded care where clients do not have to explain or defend who they are.
She offers virtual therapy to clients throughout California and is based in San Bernardino County. She has availability for new clients and welcomes a free consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
