Message to clients

Hello, my name is Audrey Eady, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and safe space where my clients feel comfortable exploring past experiences and working toward sustainable growth. The clients I often work with come to therapy navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and value collaborating closely with clients to ensure therapy feels personalized and supportive of their goals. My work is trauma-informed and blends Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches to help you better understand yourself and notice patterns that may be affecting your life. I am a proud student of New York State Public Schools, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology.

I completed my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. I strive to be a lifetime learner, and believe that education is at the center of a more compassionate world; whether it’s a good book, found in being an active community member, or to have the strength and courage to question the world and systems around us. Whether you are new to therapy or returning with prior experience, I look forward to hearing your story soon.
